Portfolio by Design is operated by Perryn Slighting, a licensed buyers advocate and real estate agent providing property investment advisory and real estate sales services across Australia.

- Details you provide when booking a consultation, submitting an enquiry, or completing a scorecard or assessment form on our website
- Information about your property investment goals, financial position, and buying criteria, where you share this with us as part of engaging our services
- Website usage information collected automatically, such as pages viewed, time on site, and general location, via Google Analytics
- Correspondence between you and us, including emails and call notes
How we collect it
- Directly from you, when you contact us, book a call, complete a form on our website, or engage us as a client
- Automatically through our website, using Google Analytics, when you browse portfoliobydesign.com.au
- From third parties you’ve authorised to share information with us, such as your mortgage broker, financial adviser, or accountant, where relevant to a transaction
Why we collect it
We use your personal information to:
- Respond to your enquiries and book consultations
- Provide buyers advocacy and property investment advisory services
- Provide real estate sales and vendor advocacy services
- Send you property updates, market insights and related content, where you’ve subscribed to our mailing list
- Understand how people use our website, so we can improve it
- Meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a licensed real estate professional
If you don’t provide this information, we may not be able to respond to your enquiry, book your consultation, or provide our services to you.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information. We may share it with:
- Flodesk, our email marketing platform, if you subscribe to our mailing list — Flodesk is based in the United States, so your information may be processed there
- Google Analytics (Google LLC), which processes website usage data — Google’s servers may be located in the United States or other countries
- Other professionals involved in your property transaction, with your knowledge, such as mortgage brokers, conveyancers, financial advisers, or the selling agent — only where relevant and necessary
- Government or regulatory bodies, where required by law
Access and correction

Complaints
If you think we’ve mishandled your personal information, contact us first at hello@portfoliobydesign.com.au and we’ll do our best to resolve it. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
