Construction is already underway, delivered by respected local builder and developer Luban Homes. Completion is anticipated late 2027.

Most off-the-plan pitches ask you to take a view on a project that doesn’t exist yet — no slab, no start date, no certainty it proceeds. Lakehouse is already under construction, which removes the single biggest risk in this asset class. It’s also genuinely scarce: absolute lakefront positions this close to Robina Town Centre and Bond University don’t come up often, and once the 20 titles are sold, there’s no next release.
